Sessions can be held in our private gym, at your home or outdoors in a public place, whichever suits you.

You can train on your own, with a friend or even in a small group and all sessions are completely bespoke and tailored to you. 

Your bespoke plan may include:

  • Body measurement & Fitness testing

  • Postural Assessment

  • Nutritional analysis and advice

  • Fully planned programme for PT sessions and your own activities

  • Advice on simple changes to daily routines and activities

  • Recommendations or referrals to other professional services if required
